Let us explain how you can manage “Contact Us” page efficiently just by few clicks.
You can add different departments on your contact form, should you want to set these up, and also define what email addresses your form sends to.
To do so, just select ‘Contact Us’ from the quick access menu on the top. You can customise the page here, and also the email address that the completed contact form entries get sent to by selecting the ‘Update Contact’ button.
You can also customise the area above the form. This is a good place to put phone numbers or key contacts. To edit this information, simply click CMS from your quick access menu on to top right, and click the ‘Update Contact’ button next to the ‘contact-us’ page. Type what you want to appear above the page , and click save.
The contact us page has a built-in form that your customers can use to email you directly from the website.
The Default contact us page is divided into two parts. There are :
01. Contact information in text mode.
02. Contact over feedback form.
Sometime people are interested in publishing contact information in clear text mode for better identification of address and visibilities. Therefore click on the Admin => Quick Nav => Update Contact and you will reach the page:
